Who owns GRAKKON's name and marks, and the terms for using them. This covers brand and intellectual property only — it isn't a full terms of service or privacy policy; those are separate filings for later, if GRAKKON needs them. What's below is complete and binding for brand use today.

GRAKKON is a brand of ROBOTCENTRAL.AI LLC.
GRAKKON — the game, this site, everything under the marquee — is owned and operated by ROBOTCENTRAL.AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered in El Campo, TX. When you're playing GRAKKON, buying from the merch store, or reading a patch note, you're dealing with ROBOTCENTRAL.AI LLC. No other entity or individual holds these rights.

The name, the logo, the lines on the cards.
GRAKKON™, the GRAKKON logo, the game's vector art, and its slogans — including "You're not going to win. Fly anyway." and "Only one galaxy out here is glad you came." — are trademarks and copyrighted works of ROBOTCENTRAL.AI LLC. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved.

What's fine. What isn't.
PERMITTED
- Editorial and press use — screenshots, logos, and brand graphics from the press kit (grakkon.com/press) are free to use in articles, videos, and streams. Keep the marks intact and unaltered.
- Fan content — fan art, videos, and community projects about GRAKKON are welcome. Just don't imply GRAKKON made it or endorsed it unless it's actually posted on grakkon.com or an official GRAKKON channel.
- Linking — link to grakkon.com or play.grakkon.com freely, anywhere, no permission needed.
PROHIBITED
- No implying endorsement or affiliation you don't have. Don't present a product, channel, or event as official GRAKKON output unless ROBOTCENTRAL.AI LLC has said so in writing.
- No altered marks. Don't redraw, recolor, distort, or otherwise modify the GRAKKON logo or wordmark — use it as provided.
- No trading on the brand. Don't sell merchandise, run a store, or charge for a product using the GRAKKON name or marks without permission. Talk to us first: press@grakkon.com.
